With Love is seeking our next Family Support Specialist, a cherished position at the heart of our mission. This individual works directly with every resource family who submits a tangible goods request, responding both timely and professionally, with customer care in mind, building meaningful connections with Oregon and SW Washington’s fostering community.

This individual plays an essential role in With Love’s programs and operations, acting as the primary point of contact for resource families. From the moment a request is submitted online to the fulfillment and delivery of goods, you will steward families through our process, ensuring they feel supported every step. Additionally, this position contributes to evaluating and enhancing our program services, helping us better serve our growing community.

Job Status: Regular, Full-Time, Year-Round, Benefitted, Non-Exempt Employee

Hours: 40hrs./weekdays Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (occasional evenings and weekends for events)

Pay Rate: $24-$27 Per Hour DOE *Spanish Speaking Preferred & Prioritized

Location: Onsite/With Love’s Facility
